PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat for care which can be used as a simple sauna or a heating implement by being put on and under a wearing person lying on his/her back as a perspiration acceleration mat, which comfortably warms the wearing person further, and from which filth or the like is easily wiped off. SOLUTION: The mat comprises a front side sheet 3 in the structure of at least three layers having reinforcing cloth, an intermediate sheet 5 in which flexible and thin heating cords 4 are made to meander, arranged and sewn on the entire surface, and a back side sheet 6 in the structure of at least three layers having the reinforcing cloth 9. By piling up the sheets and heating and fusing the periphery in a belt shape, complete waterproof is achieved. The sheets are made of thermoplastic resin and are soft, light in weight and foldable.
