PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemically light-emitting chip which is used for detecting or determining various substances, when labeling a measurement target with an enzyme and then measuring the activity of the labeled enzyme by a chemically emitted light-measuring method, and to provide a chemically emitted light detector using the chip. SOLUTION: This chemically light-emitting chip of the present invention is characterized by disposing on a support 4 a charged portion 1 formed by charging an enzyme-immobilized phase 2 in a space having an inflow port 1a and an outflow portion 1b for a measurement target substance. This chemically emitted light detector is characterized by disposing the chemically light-emitting chip T in a dark box 11, disposing a cooled CCD camera 12 above the chemically light-emitting chip T, connecting an inflow pipe Pa disposed from the outside of the dark box 11 to the inflow port 1a of the charged portion 1 of the chemically light-emitting chip T, and connecting the outflow port 1b of the charged portion 1 to an outflow pipe Pb disposed on the outside of the dark box 11.
