PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Ostomy device for improving comfortableness, sanitation, effectiveness and influence of latent invasiveness of a fistulous opening device. SOLUTION: An adhesive member removably adheres this Ostomy device on the skin of a person having a fistulous opening. This adhesive member is an adhesive member 12 having a fistulous opening part 38, and has an elastomer sealing member 18 for protecting this adhesive member 12 from contact by a fistulous opening excrement by sealing the inner periphery of the adhesive member by the periphery of this fistulous opening part.
