FIELD: flying vehicles. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed flying vehicle with rotating wings has fixed wing 1 and two movable wings each of which consists if two similar blades 2 secured on pivot axles 4 in opposite position. Front ends of pivot axles are raised and rear ones are lowered relative to fixed wing at angle not exceeding 45° and blades are turned in such way that right-hand wing forms right-hand propeller rotating clockwise if viewed along direction of flight and left-hand wing forms left-hand propeller rotating in the counter-clockwise direction. Flying vehicle is provided with pedals with cardan or gear transmission of rotation to fixed wing axles. ^ EFFECT: reduced mass. ^ 3 dwg
