FIELD: chemical industry; devices for concentration of the solutions and suspensions with production of the process vapor. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of chemical industry, in particular, to the chemical technology and may be used for concentration of the solutions and suspensions with production of the process vapor or for the low-temperature concentration of the solutions and suspensions in the rarefaction conditions with production of the pure condensate. The evaporating apparatus contains the vertical or the inclined body made out of the thermoplastic material, and has the honeycomb cellular structure. The body of the apparatus is made multisectional with a possibility of the sequential relocation of the being evaporated liquid from one section into another with multiple circulation of the liquid inside of each section. The evaporation is exercised at "slug" or the upward thin-film boiling of the liquid. The big number of the internal partitions ensures the developed specific surface area of the heat exchange and the high strength of the apparatus against the action of the external or internal pressure at the small thickness of the partitions. The invention allows to improve stability of the evaporating apparatus to the changes of the operation mode. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures the improved stability of the evaporating apparatus to the changes of the operation mode and the developed specific surface area of the heat exchange. ^ 7 cl, 4 dwg |
