<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide frozen Zoni (New Year's special soup with rice cake as a main ingredient) where soup is kept clear even after thawed, and low salt content and nutrients of ingredients are maintained as they are: and to provide a method for producing the frozen Zoni. <P>SOLUTION: The frozen Zoni is obtained by integrally freezing the ingredients such as rice cakes, vegetables such as burdock or carrot, meat, fish and shellfish and the like, and the soup; wherein the ingredients such as uncooked rice cakes, the vegetables such as burdock or carrot, meat, fish and shellfish and the like, and the soup are charged in a molding frame to freeze them.
