<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a receiving quality having a high sensibility even when the receiving quality is changed. <P>SOLUTION: A receiving-quality measuring section 12 measures the receiving quality of broadcast waves received by a broadcast-wave receiver 11. A receiving-quality information receiver 13 receives the receiving-quality information of the broadcast waves received in another mobile phone existing around its own machine. A distribution-demand transmitter 15 transmits a distribution demand demanding the distribution of a broadcasting information to another mobile phone transmitting the highest receiving quality when either receiving quality in the receiving qualities contained in the receiving-quality information is decided to be higher than the receiving quality of its own machine by a receiving-quality decision section 14. A broadcasting-information receiver 16 receives the broadcasting information distributed in response to the distribution demand.
