<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a contradiction that a closed water area has become a hotbed of water pollution; to highly purify water in a vast water area by using the characteristics of the closed water area and natural energy. <P>SOLUTION: "Sea hollow (UTSURO)" is a water area where its water level varies and its periphery is surrounded and enclosed by a contact oxidation bank having many pores. When the water level in the outside water area falls, clean water is discharged to the outside water area through the contact oxidation bank. A closed water area capable of sufficiently storing the clean water, enclosed by a bank body, a revetment, a shoal, and a land area is formed outside the "sea hollow (UTSURO)", which makes the clean water stored in a purified water reservoir pass through the contact oxidation bank and flow into the "sea hollow (UTSURO)" when the water level in the outside water area rises, further purifying the water in the "sea hollow (UTSURO)". <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
