PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sloshing alarm output system outputting alarms for the occurrence of sloshing by detecting earthquake motion near the low frequencies causing sloshing. SOLUTION: A vibration measuring system 1 is equipped with: a vibration detector 11 detecting earthquake motion to output the detected motion as a detection signal; a memory section 25 memorizing the eigen period data 251 of buildings, an operating means (CPU23) computing a threshold of velocity response based on the eigen period data, while computing a velocity response value based on the acceleration data; a determining means (CPU23) determining whether the velocity response value exceeds the velocity response threshold; and an output controlling means (CPU23) forcing a warning device 30 to output sloshing alarm information when the velocity response value is determined to exceed the velocity response threshold.
