PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination display excellent in visibility in various setting operations, by providing the illumination display provided with the function of setting business time without accompanying cost increasing, while being a character display system that is inferior in display capability, in comparison to the dot matrix display system. SOLUTION: The position of a plurality of light emitter arranged in thesub-display 2 is made to correspond to time, at the time of inputting the starting time and ending time of the business hours, the time corresponding to the position of the lighting light emitter in a plurality of light emitter is set. The arranged positions of the plurality of light emitters are made to correspond to the kinds of display motions, and the motion is set corresponding to the positions of the light emitters lighting among the plurality of light emitters arranged in the sub-display part at the time of setting the display motion.
