PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device unit for variable torque distribution having a simple structure and capable of being simply assembled by improving a conventional transmission device unit for variable torque distribution in a power train of an automobile. SOLUTION: A differential device 3 provided with a differential device case 7 and two output shafts 19 is provided. At least one transmission device step 25 provided with a first sun gear 26 connected with the differential device case by driving, a second sun gear 28 arranged adjacent to and coaxially with the first sun gear and connected with the output shaft by driving, and at least one planetary gear 27 meshing with the sun gears, rotating centered on a rotary axial line, and rotatably held in a carrier 32 is provided. The carrier can be connected with the housing 18 put fixedly. Both of sun gears are provided with rows of teeth having different number of teeth, respectively, and have the same axis interval for at least one planetary gear, which has two regions 29, 30 of rows of teeth.
