PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily, rapidly and accurately adjust the rising position of a panel in the case of placing the panel on a wall placing part of a floor pan to fix it. SOLUTION: The panel 3 is placed on the wall placing part 2 around the floor pan 1 of a bathroom and screw-fastened through a fixing metal fitting 4. A building skeleton 9 rising along the side edge part of the panel 3 is provided with an adjusting fitting 10 for making fine adjustment of the rising position of the panel 3 in a longitudinal direction, and the panel 3 is positioned and fixed through this adjusting fitting 10. It is preferable to form the fixing metal fitting 4 in U-shape. In this case, the panel 3 is interposed between a parallel pair of facing arm pieces 4a, 4b of the U-shaped fixing metal fitting 4 and screw-fastened to the arm piece 4a on the bathroom inner side, and the arm piece 4b on the bathroom outer side is screw-fastened to a vertical rising wall 2a of the wall placing part 2 of the floor pan 1.
