PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fittings capable of preventing the slack of a member caused by a thermal change or the like in a sliding door wherein a surface material is bonded to a stile member, and also ensuring bonding strength. SOLUTION: A space S2 is formed between at least the side end of a panel member 24 and a vertical attachment 26 of a depth surface plane 261, so that even if the panel member 24 and a vertical stile are expanded or contracted, the expansion/contraction can be absorbed. Accordingly, in the sliding door 20 formed in combination of the stile member 23 made of aluminum and the panel member 24 made of resin, the slack of the panel member 24 or the stile member 23 attached a thermal change can be prevented. Furthermore, plasma discharge treatment is applied to bonding surfaces of the panel member 24 and the stile member 23 so as to enhance the bonding strength of the panel member 24 and the stile member 23 and also to kill moles or the like caused by to the bonded faces.
