PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing device for display panel conveyance, which can be adapted to big change in conditions for transport and ensures safe transport without trouble such as damage to display panels during transport. SOLUTION: The housing device (1) for display panel transport includes an air bag (40) and a pressure control mechanism. The air bag (40) is disposed, via a pressing flat plate (8), at the top of a laminated structure in which cushioning members (30) and display panels (7) are substantially alternately arranged in layers.
