PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunshade structure for a vehicle capable of preventing an opening from being left open when storing a sunshade. SOLUTION: Since a lid 11 is provided inside an instrument panel 1, an opening 4 can be closed by the lid 11 when storing a sunshade 6. Thus, any small item does not fall into the opening 4, and the appearance is excellent. Further, since the lid 11 is pressed against the sunshade 6 in an upwardly protruded state from the inner side of a vehicle, a portion of the opening 4 present inside the vehicle of the sunshade 6 is closed by the lid 11, and the appearance is enhanced. In addition, by pressing the lid 11 against the sunshade 6, the sunshade 6 is formed in a curved shape corresponding to a front window panel 2, and the appearance of the sunshade 6 is also enhanced.
