PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatically controllable elastic seamless belt reversing device and an elastic seamless belt reversing method, for enhancing workability, by minimizing manual work of a worker for reversing by turning over, by removing an elastic seamless belt from a mandrel. SOLUTION: This elastic seamless belt reversing device has a base 1 capable of placing a polishing mandrel 7 around which a rubber belt is fitted, a reversing mandrel 6 oppositely arrangeable in a concentric shape with the polishing mandrel 7 placed on this base 1 and moving the rubber belt separated from the polishing mandrel 7, and a diametrally expansive unit mechanism 3 vertically movable to both mandrels 6 and 7 placed on the base 1, expanding a diameter by gripping the rubber belt fitted around the polishing mandrel 7 and reversing the rubber belt in response to the vertical movement. The diametrally expansive unit mechanism 3 has a die separable unit separable from the polishing mandrel 7 by gripping the rubber belt fitted around the polishing mandrel 7, and a diametrally expansive unit 11 capable of expanding the diameter by gripping a plurality of positions around the rubber belt.
