PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable efficient salts removal from salts-containing soil in a method for removing the salts by granulating and heating the salts-containing soil, such as dredge soil, and washing the granulated material. SOLUTION: In the method for removing salts from the salts-containing soil, moisture is regulated beforehand, the soil is granulated, and the moisture is exuded from the surface of the granulated material and evaporated by heating. After the salts contained in the soil are precipitated on the surface of the granulated material, the salts are removed by washing.
