PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate maintenance and management for whole washing. SOLUTION: The stirring device is provided with a heating pot 5 tilt-rotatably supported on a support frame 3 by rotation shafts 36, 37 and capable of discharging a food material from an opening by the tilt motion; a stirring part 6 provided on the heating pot 5 and capable of stirring the food material at the inside; and a drive motor 7 supported on the heating pot 5 and stirring/driving the stirring part 6. A weight sensor 24 for detecting the whole weight including the heating pot 5, the stirring part 6 and the drive motor 7 is provided on the support frame 3. At the whole washing of the device, water removal and periodical grease rising are suppressed. The structure is simple and becomes a small size, light weight and inexpensive.
