PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm wind/warm water generating device by which introduction of soil warming by warm water is made to be easy, regardless of where the device is positioned. SOLUTION: This warm wind/warm water generating device is formed so that water flow pipes 3 are positioned in a combustion chamber of a warm wind generating device 2 which is composed of a burner 21 for heating a greenhouse by a warm wind, the combustion chamber 22, a heat exchange part 23, and an exhaust part 24. Because the warm wind/warm water generating device has such a structure as to form the warm water by building the water flow pipes in the warm wind generating device, the introduction of the soil warming by the warm water is made to be easy, regardless of where the device is positioned. The water flow pipes are structured so as to be positioned in the combustion chamber of the warm wind generating device, so that the warm water having a high temperature is immediately obtained, and therefore the soil warming is realized without conducting excessive irrigation.
