A propeller shaft bearing includes a substantially cylindrical sleeve ( 2 ) having a structure including an inner layer ( 14 ) and an outer layer ( 16 ) that surrounds the inner layer. The inner layer ( 14 ) is made of a bearing material that includes a thermosetting resin. The outer layer ( 16 ) is made of a material that includes a thermosetting resin and has a lower swelling characteristic than the bearing material.
