The present invention relates to a far infrared sterilizer for shoes including: a casing inserted at the inside of each shoe, the casing provided with a lower casing having a space portion formed at the inside thereof and an upper casing adapted to be fit to the top portion of the lower casing and having a plurality of through-holes formed thereon; a heating plate mounted at the lower portion of the space portion of the lower casing in such a manner as to be protruded from the bottom surface of the casing, the heating plate having an electric heater mounted at the inside thereof and an outer surface coated with ceramic for radiating far infrared rays therefrom; and a charcoal pack mounted at the upper portion of the space portion of the lower casing, for removing internal moisture of the shoe.
