<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aerosol-type acidic oil and fat composition excellent in formability and preservability, and having good spreadability and adhesion. <P>SOLUTION: The aerosol acidic oil and fat composition comprises oil and fat which do not exhibit a liquid state at 5°C. It is preferably that the oil and fat in the composition comprise coconut oil and/or palm oil, and contain at least one kind of an emulsifier selected from an emulsifier having an HLB of <7, polyglycerol fatty acid having HLB of ≥10 and polysorbate having HLB of ≥10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
