<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an osteoanagenesis system clarifying the mechanism of differentiation of osteoblast on a gene level, and satisfying necessary and sufficient conditions for directly inducing the differentiation of the osteoblast in a short period of time irrelevant to the cell type. <P>SOLUTION: An osteoanagenesis structure is an artificial bone comprising matrix to be fed to a bone defect part and includes an osteoanagenesis activation means on the surface of the matrix opposed to the reproducing direction of an autologous bone. This system includes the osteoanagenesis activation means on the surface of the matrix alone opposed to the surface in the bone defect part where the bone is exposed. An osteoanagenesis means is formed of a physiologically active substance inducing the proliferation and the differentiation of the osteoblast, and an osteoanagenesis active substance containing a factor stimulating a BMP signal route, or the osteoanagenesis inducing route, and a factor stimulating Runx2 signal route. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
