SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 1 is configured such that when a user designates the image forming apparatus 1 to read a first original in the original bundle as a tabbed original by way of a touch panel 220, a control section 100 acting like a read control means allows a scanner 11 to read image data in the range of the entire original including the tab part from the first original in the original bundle and to read image data from the other originals in the original bundle as its control, and the control section 100 acting like an image forming control means allows an image forming output section 400 to create an image on the basis of the image data of the first original in the original bundle to first paper Pa and also to create an image on the basis of the image data of the other originals in the original bundle also to second paper Pb as its control.
