<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a chalcopyrite thin-film solar cell by which photoelectric conversion can be positively improved, and its external appearance as a product is satisfactory. <P>SOLUTION: This method performs a first process in which a precursor obtained by laminating an In metal layer adjacent to an electrode layer 2 and a Cu-Ga alloy layer by a sputtering method is formed on an Mo electrode layer 2 formed on a substrate, a second process in which a solution containing a sodium molybdate (Na<SB>2</SB>MoO<SB>4</SB>) adheres on the substrate 1 with this precursor by dipping method, and a selenide processing for the substrate 1 subjected to both the first and second processing. The thin-film solar cell through a conductive transparent electrode forming process after the above processing is provided with high photoelectric conversion efficiency and excellent external appearance as a product. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
