PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional image drawing device capable of polygon decoding at high speed even in a vertex reference data format. SOLUTION: This three-dimensional image drawing device has a polygon list cache 21 storing a polygon list of a reading address and its peripheral address when reading the polygon list of a polygon that is a drawing target from a storage part 11 previously storing a vertex list including each vertex information of a plurality of polygons showing the surface of a three-dimensional image and a polygon list including information for connecting each the vertex in each of the plurality of polygons, reading the vertex list on the basis of the read polygon list and transferring it to a vertex register 16, and drawing the polygon that is the drawing target on the basis of the vertex list transferred to the vertex register. The three-dimensional image drawing device also has a vertex cache 22 storing the vertex list of the reading address and its peripheral address in addition to the polygon list cache.
