PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasound therapeutic apparatus capable of improving safety and certainty of therapy. SOLUTION: This ultrasound therapeutic apparatus has a therapeutic ultrasound generating source 2, an ultrasound probe 16, a driving circuit 120 for periodically driving the therapeutic ultrasound generating source in response to a synchronizing signal, and an ultrasound diagnosing part 140 for repeatedly generating an image on the basis of an ultrasound echo received via the ultrasound probe by driving the ultrasound probe for repeatedly scanning a cross section of a subject by an ultrasound in a predetermined frame period and complemented by a part of the image generated just before removing a part of the generated image corresponding to an echo of a therapeutic ultrasound from the therapeutic ultrasound generating source.
