PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL panel in which the temperature rise can be suppressed. SOLUTION: At the organic EL panel 11, a laminate 13 to have at least a first electrode 17, an organic layer 20, and a second electrode 21 is formed in the substrate 12, and a sealing member 14 for covering the organic layer 20 is installed. A heat conductive layer 16 is formed at the substrate 12, and a part is exposed from the sealing member 14. A heat-radiating member 15 is installed at a part of exposed heat conductive layer 16 from the sealing member 14. The heat radiating member 15 has a plurality of radiation fins 15a.
