PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection method of CRC inspection out of range for solving various problems in the prior art. SOLUTION: A detection method of CRC inspection error out of range at a receiving terminal of a mobile communication system includes sequentially and temporarily storing a plurality of protocol data units (PDUs), checking sequence numbers of the plurality of PDUs sequentially, and discarding a PDU when a sequence number of the PDU and a sequence number of an immediately preceding PDU are non-consecutive and further when the sequence number of the PDU and a sequence number of an immediately succeeding PDU are non-consecutive.
