PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure conduction of an electrode terminal and an external drive circuit being connected electrically through a conductive tape by sticking the conductive tape to the electrode terminal without leaving a bubble between the electrode terminal and the conductive tape. SOLUTION: When a press roller is constituted of a columnar roller and performs rotary operation, an anisotropic conductive film is pressed sequentially from one side to the other side of a sticking region by the circumferential surface of the press roller.
