PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the rotation of a guide ring and the change of the direction of a parison that is caused thereby when a neck mold is opened on a finishing mold side by only the fitting relationship between the neck mold and the guide ring. SOLUTION: When molding a parison 4 by a rough mold 2 a neck part 4a of the bottle is molded to the parison 4 by the combination of a neck mold 1 and a guide ring 6 that is fitted into and held between the neck mold halves 1a, 1b, and after the molded parison 4 is moved to a finishing mold 5 by the neck mold 1, the parison 4 is subjected to finish molding by opening the neck mold 1 and drawing it back from the finishing mold 5, wherein, when the neck mold 1 is opened, the rotation of the guide ring 6 is prevented by a guide having directivity parallel to the opening/closing direction X of the neck mold 1 in a fitting part 11 that can open/close the neck mold 1 and that is provided between the neck mold 1 and the guide ring 6, and the neck mold 1, after having been opened, can be drawn back from the parison 4.
