PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door lock device enabling the easy vertical opening/closing operation of the rear door of a refuse-collecting vehicle. SOLUTION: A lock means 50 locking the rear door 36 to both side wall parts 31 of a refuse throw-in box 30 at both closed and open positions is disposed at the inlet 35 of the refuse throw-in box 30 so that the rear door 36 can be vertically opened and closed between the closed position and the open position. A lock releasing means 60 manually releasing the locked state of the lock means 50 is installed at the side wall part (31) of the refuse throw-in box 30 at a specified height to which a worker is accessible.
