PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of a barrow currently available on the market that the front part of the barrow can be lifted and an infant can fall due to its instability since the barrow has the center of gravity positioned to the proximal side, that the infant is easily bored because only the same object is moved, and that the barrow is abandoned soon after the infant grows up, has no other applications and becomes an waste. SOLUTION: The barrow has a cam attached on a front wheel to position the center of gravity in the vicinity of the center, and an abundance of expression is produced by attaching a peek-a-boo unit.
