PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously play games in a so-called cashless manner, and to manage the information on a player playing games together with the valuable balance. SOLUTION: A game management system 1A comprises a game management server 10 for storing the credit balance and a card unit 20 for reading the card ID from a permanent card and a temporary card in which the card ID for specifying the credit balance is stored. The game management server 10 updates the credit balance after the addition or subtraction. The card unit 20 discharges the permanent card and the temporary card after the update of the credit balance and issues a new temporary card.
