PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyoxyalkylene amine composition being reduced in the discoloration. SOLUTION: The polyoxyalkylene polyamine composition (A) specified, expressed by general formula (2) is characterized by satisfying formula (1): C/TAmV≤1.0 [wherein, C is a Hazen unit color number of a 10% by weight aqueous solution of (A); and TAmV is a total amine value of (A), and, when a TAmV measured is in the case of not more than 100 or in the case of not less than 200, a numerical value of 100 or 200 respectively is used as a TAmV in the relationship (1)].
