Sausages have a filling (13) which consists of low temperature multi-chopped meat (7,8) emulsified at below 10 (especially -3 to +3)[deg]C. An independent claim is also included for apparatus for manufacture of the sausages, this apparatus having >=2 cutters (2,3,4) each provided with a temperature gauge for different types of meat (7,8).
