In manufacturing method of silicon solar cells short sintering is carried out at 700 to 900 degrees C and rapid cooling down to temperature below 300 degeres.At temperature region of 550 to 600 degrees C, rapid cooling down is interrupted for 10 to 20 seconds. Preferably, rapid cooling down after sintering takes place at cooling down velocity at more than 20 degrees C per second. Independent claims are included for multistage transit sintering oven of modular type.
