The shovel has a gripping device which is arrested/opened by a tension spring, automatically, during usage. An outer coated dumping bag and a polybag, are provided between an upper part and an unwound lower part. The flap is closed along with bag and contents by the compression of the upper grip half (15) and the lower grip half (16). The flap is inhibited by a fixing clamp or an interlock (11).
