The metal current-carrying rails (10, 11) have an intermediate component below them, providing spacing. This is made with penetrations along its length. On the underside of the rail section, recesses (14) provide for air circulation and water drainage. At the sides or below the rail section, attachments (15) are provided for securing to the ground.
