<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a base film for ion exchange film in high productivity without causing lowering of quality by carrying out polymerization of polymerizable paste in a polymerizable sheet numerously wound in a state in which winding number of the polymerizable sheet by a winding roller is large. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for producing the base film for ion exchange film by continuously winding a polymerizable sheet in which a base material sheet is embedded into the interior of a layer composed of a polymerizable paste containing a polymerizable monomer by a winding roller while attaching a releasable film to either one surface of the sheet and polymerizing the polymerizable paste in a state in which the polymerizable sheet to which a releasable film is attached is wound by the winding roller, a chain transfer agent is formulated in the polymerizable paste and polymerization of the polymerizable paste is carried out in ≥10 mm total thickness of the polymerizable sheet on the winding roller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
