<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that black soybean components are weak to heat, especially anthocyanin is said to be readily broken and decomposed in boiling water at 100°C for many hours, primary main nutrient components are hard to maintain in a conventional drying treatment, broken, have a low effect in use as a health food raw material being an essential purpose, cause a short palatable period, a peptide and a protein especially being diet components largely reduce components in a heat treatment and a sufficient collecting method for a health food raw material does not exist. <P>SOLUTION: Black soybeans are boiled at a low temperature so as not to break nutritional main components and a black soybean broth and paste produced from a soybean boiling process are vacuum freeze-dried, finished in a powder or granular state, are diverted to a health supplement, a health food additive and essential components having high nutrients are entirely collected by using and processing soybean main bodies, a broth and all treated refuse without breaking a main component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
