<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device which can be used in a solar cell, a photosensor and the like and is excellent in long term reliability and photoelectric conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device comprises a substrate 1, an electrode layer 2 formed on one main surface of the substrate 1, a porous electron transport layer 3 formed on the electrode layer 2 and containing an optical pumping body 4, a hole transport layer 7 formed on the electron transport layer 3, and an opposed electrode layer 6 formed on the hole transport layer 7. The photoelectric conversion device and a photovoltaic generator which are excellent in reliability and photoelectric conversion efficiency can be manufactured of the optical pumping body 4 composed of inorganic semiconductor nano particles to which conductive organic ligands adhere. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
