摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photopolymerizable resin laminate for a black matrix, the layered body having high sensitivity to light, high adhesion property to a glass substrate and high light shielding property and high resolution. <P>SOLUTION: The photopolymerizable resin laminate for a black matrix has a layer of the following photopolymerizable resin composition on a transparent supporting film having 5 to 40 &mu;m thickness. The resin composition contains: (a) a linear polymer having 3,000 to 50,000 weight average molecular weight and 100 to 600 acid equivalent, in an amout of 1 to 70 mass%; (b) a photopolymerizable compound having at least one ethylenically unsaturated double bond or more, in an amount of 5 to 50 mass%; (c) a photopolymerization initiator in an amount of 0.1 to 20 mass%; and (d) a coloring substance in an amount of 5 to 70 mass%; and the composition contains a compound expressed by formula (I) as the component (c) in an amount of 0.1 to 20 mass%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
