PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively manufacture, with a simplified molding apparatus, a core for use in an electromagnetic signal transmission apparatus for transmitting a sensor signal. SOLUTION: In a first process, a molding synthetic resin 17 is melted in a low temperature heating atmosphere that is higher than ordinary temperature and lower than 150°C and that is solidified by cooling, is made to adhere to an inner wall of a molding die 15. In a second process, a core material 13 that takes magnetic powder as a chief ingredient is filled in the molding die 15 and the opening of the molding die 15 is occluded. In a third process, the molding die 15 filled with the core material 13 is heated in the low temperature heating atmosphere to melt the molding synthetic resin 17 adhering thereto, and is then solidified by cooling to mold cores 5, 7 formed into an inner shape of the molding die 15.
