PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink, along with its manufacturing method, which is excellent in heat conductivity with high cooling effect. SOLUTION: The heat sink comprises a heat dispersion plate material 7 in which a heating element is thermally connected to one surface, and a plurality of heat radiation fins 1 that are connected to the other surface of heat dispersion plate member 7 with the heat radiation area of its head being larger than that of its leg. The manufacturing method of it includes a process where one ends of heat radiation plate members of specified numbers parallel to each other are pasted together, by soldering to form the leg of heat radiation fin 1 while the other ends are bent not to overlap each other to form the head of heat radiation fin 1 opened obliquely upward, thus manufacturing the heat radiation fin 1; and a process where the heat radiation fin 1 is fixed to the heat dispersion plate material 7 by soldering.
