PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a printed circuit board that has a simple structure without using any separate components, dispenses with screws, can reduce costs, and can increase working efficiency. SOLUTION: A pair of upper and lower guide rails 2 is terminated near the inner part of a chassis 1. A lower rail 3 and an upper rail 4 are provided alternately back and forth at the inner part from the termination. The lower rail is provided obliquely upward, the upper rail is provided obliquely downward, the exterior angle section at the leading side of the lower rail is bent and formed obliquely outward, and that of the upper rail is bent and formed obliquely outward. When the printed circuit board is inserted into the pair of upper and lower guide rails, the tip of the printed circuit board comes into contact with a bent section 5 at the inner side and the lower rail opens downward, the tip of the printed circuit board comes into contact with a bent section 6 in the upper rail, the upper rail opens upward, and the printed circuit board is fitted into the chassis, thus holding and fixing the printed circuit board by the upward returning force of the lower rail and the downward returning force of the upper rail.
