PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-gain PDIC (PhotoDiode Integrated Circuit) capable of realizing a number of gain states using one output stage circuit. SOLUTION: The multi-gain PDIC includes a current-voltage conversion unit which converts a current signal generated in accordance with an inputted optical signal into a voltage signal and outputs the voltage signal, an input amplification stage connected to the current-voltage conversion unit by a first input terminal to receive and amplify the voltage signal, a reference resistance unit connected to a second input terminal of the input amplification stage, an output amplification stage connected to an output terminal of the input amplification stage, a feedback resistance unit including a plurality of resistance elements connected in parallel between the second input terminal of the input amplification stage circuit and the output terminal of the output amplification stage circuit and including resistance values different from each other, and a switching unit which selectively connects any one of the plurality of resistance elements of the feedback resistance unit.
