PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data encoder, a data decoder and a data encoding/decoding processing system by which encoding/decoding processing is carried out at high speed. SOLUTION: The data encoder comprises: a data extraction part for extracting data of an encoding object from received data; a data encoding part for encoding the data extracted by the data extraction part; an encoded data arrangement part for arranging data outputted from the data encoding part by a prescribed data width unit; and a data transmission part for outputting the data outputted from the encoded data arrangement part by each prescribed data width. The data decoder comprises: a data decoding part for decoding the received data; a decoded data arrangement part for arranging the data outputted from the data decoding part by the prescribed data width unit; and a data transmission part for outputting the data outputted from the decoded data arrangement part by each prescribed data width.
