INDOOR VENTILATING SYSTEM AND INDOOR VENTILATING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor ventilating system and an indoor ventilating method capable of keeping indoor environment in a good condition at all times by surely deodorizing the outside air taken indoors even in an environment having an odor emission source outdoors. SOLUTION: This indoor ventilating device/method comprises a primary deodorizing means (step) implementing primary deodorization by releasing minus ions to the taken outside air, and a secondary deodorizing means (step) further implementing secondary deodorization by oxidizing an odor component in the outside air primarily deodorized by the primary deodorizing means (step).
