PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spiral catch fork capable of not only impounding a caught person but also tripping a thug or inhibiting his/her longitudinal movement by rotating a control rod. SOLUTION: This spiral catch fork has a spiral tip, and has the T-shaped control rod 3 on a part of handle 2 to impound the thug and to put down the thug by tripping or the like by control force by rotating the spiral catch fork control rod 3.
